Twenty brain tumor patients completed motor and language fMRI paradigms and DTI. Using fMRI and probabilistic DTI techniques, we assessed the connectivity between the frontal language area (Broca's area) and the rostral pre- SMA (language SMA) and caudal SMA proper (motor SMA).
